Spotahome Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Great for seeing places virtually

I used Spotahome to find a place, and the virtual tours were really helpful. The professional photography listings made it easy to get a good idea of the apartments. Promo code applied fine at checkout, which saved me about 25% on the service fee.

Another great find with Spotahome

Anyone else finding Spotahome really consistent for student residences? This is my third time using them, and every time I've found a good place. It's nice that the promo codes actually knock about 20% off the service fee at checkout, unlike some other sites. Way better than trying to message a dozen landlords on Airbnb.

good for pet-friendly finds!

finding a pet-friendly rental was actually pretty straightforward, just wished the verification process was a bit quicker.

Great apartment booking experience

The virtual tours saved me a trip; applied my promo code at checkout for about 20% off.

Found a great long-term flat!

Got a nice little discount when I finally applied the promo code at checkout. I was looking for two-bedroom apartments for a long-term flat, and Spotahome came through. The photos and video tour of the place were accurate, and it was clear what was included in the price regarding utility bills.

Mostly Great for Furnished Apartments

I was looking for furnished apartments in Lisbon last week and used Spotahome. The site was pretty easy to navigate, and I found a really nice luxury apartment that looked perfect. Applying a promo code at checkout for the service fee was straightforward, though it only saved me about 15 euros. My only small nitpick is that their 24-hour check-in policy isn't super clear on every listing, which caused a tiny bit of confusion when planning my arrival, but it all worked out.

So much better than Airbnb for long stays!

Finding a place for a group booking felt way less stressful than trying to coordinate multiple Airbnbs. Spotahome's listings with professional photography really made a difference, you get a super clear idea of the place before committing. I even found a promo code online and it took a nice chunk off the service fee at checkout, which was a sweet bonus. It's great that utility bills are usually included in the price too, no surprises there. Definitely using them again for future group trips!

So close to perfect for my mid-term stay!

Looking for mid-term rentals? Spotahome really came through for me! I needed a one-bedroom apartment for a few months and their selection was fantastic. The videos and detailed descriptions made it so easy to choose, way better than just photos on other sites like Airbnb. I even had a promo code for about 20% off the service fee, which was applied super easily at checkout. My only tiny nitpick is that I wish their 24-hour check-in policy was a bit clearer upfront for all listings, but otherwise, everything was smooth sailing! I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my friends!

Good for verified apartments

I booked a one-bedroom apartment in Madrid for a few months. The virtual tour was helpful, and the photos were accurate. Process was smooth, and the customer support was quick to answer my questions about the lease agreement. Property was as described.

My go-to for rentals

This was my third time using Spotahome, and they're consistently reliable. I used them for a student residence before and a shared room last year. Their verified listings are why I keep coming back; it's just easier than dealing with private landlords. This time I got a furnished apartment in Barcelona, and it was pretty straightforward to book. Nothing really changed from my past experiences, which is good.
